  • This move comes as part of a phase of global expansion for Kiron, with Flutter and Sky Vegas also looking to enhance their respective product offerings.

Expanding Global Reach

Kiron Interactive has announced the launch of its new online casino title, Penguin Plunge, which has been developed in partnership with Flutter and Curious Games and is now available on the Sky Vegas platform.

Launched exclusively in the UK market, Penguin Plunge is now available to Sky Vegas players in the region, with design features tailored towards the festive season. Further, Sky Vegas has sought to strengthen its content offerings for its players by integrating additional Kiron sports-teamed crash content as part of this latest deal. Penguin Plunge is set for further rollout via Betfair and Paddy Power in 2025.

This year, Kiron has drawn an enhanced focus on expansion in the African market, signing partnership agreements in South Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia with SuperSportBet, Betika and Hulu Sport, respectively. Additional forays into the Brazilian market indicate a strategy of global expansion. The supplier has also recently launched a new casino suite in collaboration with Light & Wonder.

James Murray, Head of New Business Development at Kiron, commented on the latest release, saying: “Our aim is to partner with industry leaders like Flutter, who have a forward-thinking approach to online gaming. Sky Vegas offers the perfect platform to showcase our innovative vision for the future of casino gaming.”

Flutter

Good to know: In September, Flutter purchased Italian sports betting & gaming organisation, Snaitech, from Playtech for €2.3bn ($2.56bn).

For Flutter, this latest partnership arrangement will look to further bolster its content offerings following the announcement of a similar partnership arrangement last month with Octoplay, for the release of Cod Chaos.

Also speaking on this latest release, Philippa Ayres, Head of Brand Content for Flutter UK&I and Sky Vegas, added: “Kiron’s Next-Gen suite exemplifies innovation. Penguin Plunge’s exclusivity and the upcoming seasonal updates underscore our commitment to delivering top-tier player experiences.”
